Currently exploring how AI changes technical work — from AI-assisted software engineering to the way technical leaders handle knowledge, decisions, and oversight. I am doing this hands-on: I designed and tested an AI-assisted development methodology by shipping a production product solo in 6 weeks, and I am writing about what I learned.

What I do

• Senior solution architecture. Reliability, system design, technical debt, roadmaps, and technical decision-making. Hands-on when useful.
• Federated & cross-organizational data architecture. Systems that share data and decisions across organizational boundaries without full integration — manufacturing consortia, healthcare, multi-party platforms.
• AI-assisted engineering adoption. Where and how AI actually changes engineering workflows; conventions, quality gates, and piloting with real teams.
